20-27 November is Interfaith Awareness Week 2011!
The Chaplaincy to the University of Glamorgan invites you to drop into the Meeting House – the Chaplaincy Centre near the Brook Street exit of Treforest Campus – for our 2011 exhibition, “Faith in the Frame”. You will find the beliefs of many of the world’s religious traditions on show in a display commissioned especially for Interfaith Week 2011, with material provided by Porthcawl Comprehensive School, Llanilltud Faerdref Primary School, and by the Muslim Council of Wales.
Faith in the Frame is open
- 10 am – 9 pm on Tuesday 22 November
- 10 am – 4 pm on Wednesday 23 November
- 10 am – 7.30 pm on Thursday 24 November
Whenever you choose to visit, you can be assured of a warm welcome and a cup of Fairtrade tea and coffee, or a soft drink for younger visitors. We look forward to meeting you when you visit.
Through the Meeting House, its Glyntaff Quiet Room and its other facilities, the Chaplaincy to the University of Glamorgan exists to ensure that followers of all faiths, beliefs and philosophies can find a space on campus where belief is not only respected, but celebrated. While rooted in the Christian tradition, the Chaplains ensure that the needs of followers of all faiths are appropriately met in the life of the University.
